Job Responsibilities
Concrete Cutting and Drilling: Perform a range of cutting and drilling techniques including core drilling, hand sawing, slab sawing, wall sawing, and wire sawing. Execute clean, accurate cuts based on project specs and layouts.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate concrete cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep tools and machinery in top condition.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times. Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Teamwork and Communication: Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within scope. Communicate clearly about progress, challenges, and equipment needs.
Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail. Perform post-cutting inspections to verify accuracy and ensure the finished product meets expectations.

Job Schedule and Location:
- Full-time Monday–Friday
- Typical Start Time of 7:00 AM
- Occasional travel, weekends, and overtime

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand on your feet for a majority of the day
