What are the responsibilities and job description for the FULL TIME Overnight Mental Health Telephone Crisis Worker position at Northwest Connections?
We are looking for Mental Health Professionals who have a desire to support individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Telephone Crisis Workers work collaboratively to assess of mental health crises and to coordinate appropriate outcomes and services.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field is preferred. Consideration to individuals without a Bachelors, if have a minimum of one year work experience in mental health field/background.
Primary Responsibilities: Answering crisis-related telephone calls, facilitating mental health and suicide risk assessments, providing outreach and support, information and referral, and overall program assistance.
Location of Position: On Site in Menomonie, WI.
Pay Rate: Based on experience / $1.50 shift differential
Shifts/Hours available:
9:00pm - 5:00am and/or 11:00p - 7:00am
40 hours per week and one weekends per month
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS (after 12 months)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
