Northwest Community Health Center is looking for a full time Clinical Administrative Assistant (CAA) as part of the clinical primary care team.
The CAA supports a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers in delivering high quality health care.
This position is responsible to effectively manage verbal and written patient communication, perform outreach through patient follow up and reminder calls, schedule appointments, obtaining and organizing patient information, input patient medical or demographic information into an electronic health record and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
The ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement, strict confidentiality and cooperation is essential.
Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma, and 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred. NWCHC offers competitive salary and benefits.
