Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Oversee fiber splicing and cabling operations to ensure optimal network performance.
- Conduct site assessments and develop project plans for network deployment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during climbing and bucket operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on technical procedures and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telecommunications, specifically with 4G/LTE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of fiber splicing, cabling, and low voltage systems.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Experience with climbing techniques and safe operation of bucket trucks is preferred.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
