We’re seeking a motivated Floor Technician to perform specialized floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and maintaining various floor types. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, pays close attention to detail, and wants steady, reliable work in a supportive environment.
Wage: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Varies - This is an on-call position
Location: Spokane, WA (including the surrounding areas)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of floors
- Operate floor machines, scrubbers, and buffers
- Ensure safety standards are followed
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and quality results
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in floor maintenance and 3 months of custodial work experience required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during overnight hours.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid drivers license as this position requires driving a company vehicle.
- Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
What kind of Benefits offered for Part-Time? **Part-time is 29 hours or less worked per week**
