Diesel Mechanic- $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Company Paid Medical, Dental & Vision, 401k Retirement with Company Match, Company Truck & Cell Phone, Paid Weekly, Paid Time Off
Schedule: Monday to Friday (some weekends)
Shift: Swing Shift with Start time at 3:00 PM. Overtime as needed.

Your Role:
As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in keeping our fleet on the road. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inspections, diagnostics, and routine maintenance on diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
- Performing necessary repairs to ensure the safety and efficiency of our vehicles.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1 years in commercial fleet maintenance.
- Skills: Welding certification and tool proficiency (Preferred)
- Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential; CDL with a Tanker endorsement is preferred.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and tackle challenges head-on.
$5,000 Hiring Bonus:
$5,000 paid out over 1 year ($1,000 after 3 months, $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after 1 year)*
- conditions apply. Paid on the first pay period of the following month after completion
