Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Whitefish, MT. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers with patient care, preparing exam rooms, managing medical records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, using medical terminology effectively, and maintaining patient confidentiality following best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and understanding of Patient Care principles
- Solid knowledge of Medical Terminology and its application in a clinical setting
- Experience working in a Medical Office, with skills in administrative support and organization
- Familiarity with managing Medical Records and maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction

- Relevant certifications, such as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), are preferred
