What You'll Get

What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and community providers
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings
What You Need
- Active BCBA® certification
- Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children and families
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical leadership skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
Pay & Benefits
- $31.81 - $35.00
- Performance bonus opportunities (up to $7,000 annually)
