Key Objectives- Accurately input and update patient and healthcare data into electronic systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive health information.
- Support healthcare staff by providing timely and reliable data management services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations related to data handling.
- Enter patient demographics, medical records, and treatment details into designated databases with precision.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant systems.
