Location: Bentonville, AR.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 7 am-5:30 pm
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required.
Required experience : Head Start experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in activities related to the Education component, assists coordination of the administration of the Head Start curriculum, and provides instruction and support to Head Start teaching staff. Assists in coordinating appropriate activities during the program year to create a smooth transition into public schools. Implement a research-based coordinated coaching strategy for education staff.
