DESCRIPTION
*$2,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
JOIN OUR TEAM of passionate and motivated people making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a self-motivated professional to manage one of our residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include coordination of program services and supervision of direct service staff. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services field, no experience required. QDDP certification and experience are a plus.
- A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
- Social security card
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Pay Rate: This will be discussed during the interview.
Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday; we will discuss further in the interview.
Location: Cordova, Walker County, Alabama - This is NOT a remote position.
