*$5,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
The Child Day Treatment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a viable program, coordinating the program, and providing a wide array of services, including the daily supervision of assigned staff. This position is also responsible for counseling individuals or groups, developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan, and providing family support and education. The children who participate in this program are enrolled for counseling and treatment for behavioral issues. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree in a mental health-related field with (1) year of direct mental illness experience, (6) months of which must be in services for children.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Current/Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; will discuss further during the interview.
Pay Rate: Salary will be discussed at the interview.
