What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Clerk position at Northwest Administrators, Inc.?
As a data entry clerk for the pension accounting department, you will be:
- Review daily bank files to ensure deposits and reporting information are accurate.
- Research and resolve bank rejects caused by missing or incomplete employer reporting forms.
- Update and maintain participant records
- Communicate professionally with participants and employer contacts
- Answer department telephone calls and take messages as needed.
- Organized. Ability to prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills
- Communicator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence
- Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
- Technically Savvy. Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word
