They liaison between a variety of stakeholders. These include but are not limited to benefit plan participants, local union representatives, and employer representatives. With on-the-job training, the field service representatives provide ongoing communication and education about our retirement and health benefit plans.

What you'll be doing... 

Employee benefits can be confusing—especially during life’s major transitions. Whether someone is retiring, facing a health issue, or just starting a new job, understanding their benefits is crucial. That's where our Field Service Representatives come in. Think of this role as part educator, part advocate. You’ll help participants understand the benefits they’ve earned and guide them with clarity and care. With your expertise, you will perform a variety of duties servicing our East Coast region: 

• Travel overnight, as required, to worksites/union halls to answer participant questions 
• Coordinate and conduct individual, small and larger group meetings explaining benefits 
• Take ownership of participant benefit issues to ensure resolution 
• Communicate (verbal/written) with participants to explain the benefit plans 
• Support activities related to ongoing benefit documentation using MS Office suite of tools 
• Interact professionally & sensitively w/individuals from diverse backgrounds & perspectives
• Progress through a structured career development program 

Ideal candidates will be based in reasonable proximity to a major Southeastern U.S. airport with preference given to Atlanta, Georgia.   

Who you are... 

• Service Minded. Provide superior customer service, every day 
• Educated. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Experienced: Previous experience in pensions, benefits and/or Human Resources 
• Communication. Strong verbal/written communications; able to draft external correspondence 
• Skilled. Exercise professional judgment, tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.   
• Traveler. Able to travel out of state with multiple overnight stays

If hired, you can expect... 

• Hourly rate range of $25.00 - $33.85 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
