Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Account Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service
- Manage administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall success and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay informed about industry developments, carrier coverages and market changes
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- MN Residence Insurance Producer license in Property & Casualty preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess policy language and client needs
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients and insurance carriers
