Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, and financing options.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records using dealership software.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep the showroom and dealership areas clean and organized.
- Work with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well with a team.
- Interest in vehicles and automotive sales is a plus.
