Northview Health Services is looking for compassionate, confident, and skilled professionals to join our team in supporting an adult with an intellectual disability and mental illness.
This is not your average caregiving position. We are seeking someone who is:
✅ Experienced with mobility assistance, including the proper use of walkers and gait belts.
✅ Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including toileting, bathing, dressing, and cleaning bodily fluids while maintaining the individual’s dignity and respect.
✅ Assertive enough to set healthy boundaries and follow care plans, yet kind, patient, and compassionate in every interaction.
✅ Dependable, professional, and committed to providing person-centered care.
✅ Able to remain calm and think critically in challenging situations.
✅ Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including toileting, bathing, dressing, and cleaning bodily fluids while maintaining the individual’s dignity and respect.

Competitive Pay
- Experienced CNA: $18–22/hour
- Experienced LPN: $27–30/hour
(Pay is based on experience and qualifications.)
