The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to be an integral part of our team. This role sits at the center of our day-to-day operations and client experience, making it a critical position within the firm.

This is an opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and personable to grow within a well-established and expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage scheduling and maintain team calendars
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and act as a gatekeeper when needed
  • Organize and maintain client documents and internal files
  • Manage office supplies and oversee general office operations
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and ongoing firm initiatives

  • Salary: Approximately $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
