We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to be an integral part of our team. This role sits at the center of our day-to-day operations and client experience, making it a critical position within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage scheduling and maintain team calendars
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and act as a gatekeeper when needed
- Organize and maintain client documents and internal files
- Manage office supplies and oversee general office operations
- Assist with ad hoc projects and ongoing firm initiatives
