Part-Time Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician – Flexible 1–2 shift schedule, overnight shift differential, and up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Join a Level 1 VECCS trauma and specialty hospital in a fast-paced ECC environment at our Brick location.

Schedule & Incentives

• Part-time overnight emergency position
• 12-hour overnight shifts
• Wednesday and/or Saturday – Brick location
• Candidates may work one or both available shifts, depending on availability
• Consistent, set weekly schedule
• Overnight shift differential paid for the entire 12-hour shift
• Sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 available for qualified applicants
• Sign-on bonus amount may vary based on scheduled hours and position commitment
• Bonus paid in two installments: 50% on the first paycheck and 50% after one year of employment

We are different than many other specialty hospitals in that we offer our technicians the ability to rotate throughout the different departments without the risk of getting “stuck” in just one. However, if you find a specialty that you absolutely love, the opportunity to specialize is available. We offer a unique technician training program for each department that is based upon the VTS requirements for that specialty, streamlining the process of obtaining your VTS. NorthStar is proud to offer a partnership with an accredited Veterinary Technology program allowing our staff to obtain their A.A.S. and sit for their VTNE!
