Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bridgeport, WV, for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing team performance, maintaining workflow, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring that operational activities comply with company policies. The role also involves effective communication with various teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to oversee workflows and ensure efficiency
• Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify issues, and implement solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in the aviation sector or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
