Open Shifts
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin Security Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
- Must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
- Must successfully complete all required training during the 90-day probationary period.
Duties
- Monitor premises using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Control access points by verifying credentials and performing background checks on visitors and contractors
- Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, conflicts, or safety hazards, following established procedures
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security activities and observations
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies
- Perform first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures to assist injured individuals or manage crises
- Enforce security regulations through conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance tools including CCTV systems and access control systems
- Familiarity with incident report writing and loss prevention practices
- Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and firearm handling is preferred
- Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security screenings
- Strong understanding of physical security measures such as patrolling, manual handling, and emergency response procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally and effectively
