Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Execute tree care tasks such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Dig and prepare garden beds for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees.
- Maintain landscape features by watering, fertilizing, and applying mulch as needed.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens according to specific requirements to ensure optimal growth.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers) safely.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
