Job Title: Regional Leasing Agent

Reports to: Regional Leasing Manager

Job Summary:

As a Regional Leasing Agent, your primary role is to oversee and manage the leasing activities across multiple residential properties within our portfolio. Facilitating the leasing of residential apartment homes within our apartment communities. You will act as a liaison for the prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the leasing process. This includes responding to online inquiries from prospective residents, answering inbound calls, conducting community and apartment home tours, assisting with the application process and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Will also assist in marketing and networking efforts, online posting and advertisement of vacancies and outreach marketing to local businesses and companies.

Job Responsibilities:

Leasing

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, text and in-person visits. Follow up with all active guest cards daily
  • Conduct property tours showcasing available apartment homes and amenities. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective residents to foster a sense of community and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage incoming applications, submit for processing, and hand off to onsite teams to ensure a smooth transition and great move in experience
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective tenants in company software and CRM programs
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make data-driven decisions and adapt leasing strategies as needed
  • Update Market Survey for properties weekly
  • Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, to coordinate make ready dates, move in dates, and any other details that will help ensure a smooth transition
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends

Marketing

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Audit online ILS listings, pricing, photo’s, contact buttons, to ensure all are working, accurate and representing the property
  • Utilize online platforms, social media, and other channels to promote available units and special offers
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials such as flyers and advertisements

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

  • Property Occupancy
  • Rent above market
  • Closing Ratio
  • Net Effective Rent

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to act with a high level of ethics and integrity and must maintain confidentiality, and follow legal and ethical guidelines in all your dealings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, leasing software, digital marketing & social media
  • Excellent customer service is crucial in this role

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years sales experience
  • High School degree or equivalent GED required
  • 1-3 years in property management industry

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
  • Travel within OK metro to various properties required daily. Must have vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
