Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)

• Build Confidence - Help children develop positive self-images and experience the thrill of "I did it!" moments
• Guide Growth - Support social-emotional development through positive guidance techniques
• Observe & Nurture - Document each child's progress, adapting your approach to meet individual needs
• Be Flexible - Bring your talents to different classrooms as needed, making a positive impact across our center

What You'll Need:

Passion for early childhood education

Understanding of child development principles

Comfort with all aspects of childcare (including diapering and potty training)

Ability to adapt to changing needs throughout the day

Commitment to maintaining licensing and quality standards
