Delivery Driver – $22.50/hr | 4-Day Work Week | Paid Training | No Experience Needed

NorthStar Parcel is an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) hiring package delivery drivers in Escanaba and surrounding Upper Peninsula communities. We're a new local team, and our first drivers will help set the standard as we grow.
No delivery experience or CDL required. We provide paid training, a company delivery van, fuel, insurance, and all equipment.
Drivers are employees of NorthStar Parcel LLC, not Amazon.
SAFETY COMES FIRST
No package is worth an accident. We want every driver to get home safe, every day. Our drivers:
- Wear a seat belt, follow traffic laws, and keep a safe following distance
- Adjust for snow, ice, wildlife, rural roads, and U.P. weather
- Complete vehicle safety inspections and report issues right away
- Call dispatch about any safety concern, including weather, road conditions, vehicle problems or fatigue. We'll always back a safe decision over a fast one.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time: 4 x 10-hour shifts (4-day work week)
- Part-time also available
- Must be available at least one weekend day
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Load your van and safely deliver packages to homes, businesses, and rural addresses
- Use company phone and GPS to scan and photograph deliveries
- Stay in touch with dispatch throughout your route
- Give friendly, professional customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- 21 with a valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe driving
- Comfortable with smartphones and GPS
- Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all Michigan weather (with or without reasonable accommodation)
