Embalmer

Nakamura Mortuary is seeking an Embalmer to join our team. Our employees find solace in the sacred duty of preserving the dignity of the deceased. As integral members of our community, Embalmers at NorthStar ensure families are comforted in seeing their loved ones at peace, embodying our commitment to compassion and reverence.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an incredible team that is passionate about our industry
• Care for the deceased in a respectful manner
• Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards

Qualifications

• Maintains a valid Embalmer license in the United States, with the ability to reciprocate to the state of Hawaii
• 1 years of funeral industry experience
• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry

Compensation

• $26.00-$30.00/hr.
• Offering a $5,000.00 Relocation Package
