Embalmer

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an Embalmer to join our team at Greenwood Memorial Park & Mortuary in San Diego, CA. Our employees find solace in the sacred duty of preserving the dignity of the deceased. Responsibilities

• Work alongside an incredible team that is passionate about our industry
• Care for the deceased in a respectful manner
• Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Embalmer license in the state California or ability to reciprocate
• 2 years of funeral industry experience
• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry
  
  

Compensation

• $29-32.50/hr.
