NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Employee at Mountain View Cemetery in Lakewood, WA . Responsibilities
- General Facility Maintenance, including o:
- Cleans and maintains the facility, performs minor repairs, painting, etc.
- Vehicle and equipment washing/cleaning
- Groundskeeping, including:
- Cuts grass.
- Maintains lawn and trims around trees, walkways, and memorial markers
- Blows leaf and grass
- Edges with stick edger
- Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in a safe condition.
- Cleans ponds and fountains
- Hand digs/trenching
- Pressure washing parking areas as needed
Compensation- $17.13-$19/hr.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
- 6 months of experience in grounds keeping preferred
