- Effectively communicate safety and quality issues raised by customers or staff in a timely manner.
- Work with Facilities Maintenance team to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electro-mechanical, pneumatic, laboratory, facility, manufacturing, radiological equipment systems and raise concerns to leadership as needed.
- Painting, drywall repair, and other cosmetic improvements or demolition as requested throughout NorthStar’s operation.
- Perform basic fabrication such as cutting, drilling, and welding.
- Operate and work safely at heights using ladders, stairs, manlifts, boom lifts, and industrial material handling equipment; maintain required certifications for all applicable equipment within the facility.
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year experience in an industrial maintenance field. Technical Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, or similar field, and minimum one (1) year of experience within an FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
