Collections Agent/Customer Service Representative

Northstar Location Services is a third-party debt collection agency headquartered in Cheektowaga, NY with offices in Olean, NY and Ft. Erie, ON. One year of collections experience is preferred, however a comparable work experience like call center or customer service is also acceptable. For the right team member, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
