Wastewater Field Service Technician (Min. 5 years Experience Required)

Full time Field Service Technicians to support municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities throughout the Houston area. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of treatment equipment and packaged systems in the field.

You will work independently and with a team to keep critical treatment systems operating safely and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wastewater treatment equipment
• Troubleshoot pumps, blowers, mixers, screens, clarifiers, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and repair motors, starters, VFDs, and control panels
• Support startups, commissioning, and emergency service calls
• Inspect equipment, document findings, and provide service reports
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, confined space, and PPE requirements

Requirements

• 3 years field service or plant maintenance experience in wastewater or industrial process systems
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; basic electrical and controls knowledge
• Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors, in plants, and in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with packaged/modular treatment systems
• Pump alignment, rotating equipment, or vibration monitoring experience
• SCADA and telemetry troubleshooting experience
