Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and key accounts.
- Conduct hotel tours and presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
- Coordinate with the reservations, front office, food and beverage, and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to promote the hotel.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
