We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will be triaging patient's needs, creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Ohio
- Previous Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to excellence in clinical care and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
