Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Installer/Install Helper to assist with the delivery and installation of high-quality granite, quartz, marble, and other natural stone countertops. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of stone countertops and materials.
• Support lead installers during countertop installations in residential and occasional commercial settings.
• Verify that the install vehicle is equipped with the necessary tools and materials daily.
• Use handheld power tools (e.g., circular saw, grinders) and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate and precise installations, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
• Protect client properties by using drop cloths, moving pads, and other protective measures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or countertop installation is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using handheld power tools (e.g., circular saw, grinders).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work by appointment.
