About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual responsible for loading and delivering packaged lubricants, maintaining warehouse organization and inventory, and performing regular inspections and unloading of railcars into facility storage tanks. This role also includes safely transporting management staff to various locations in the Pacific Northwest in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate. You will ensure company vehicles remain clean and well-maintained, provide excellent customer service, accurately handle sales and paperwork, and work independently with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately load and deliver packaged lubricants; maintain and organize warehouse.
- Inspect and offload rail tank cars in all weather conditions.
- Safely transport employees on a schedule and as needed.
- Complete other duties and projects assigned by supervisor.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to work with petroleum products.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate.
- Compliance with all road regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 120 lbs (e.g., moving drums).
- Comfortable working at ground level and underneath railcars.
- Flexible schedule for occasional nights and weekends.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, ADP, intranet).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Neat, professional appearance.
