What You’ll Do
We are seeking a reliable and safety focused Transload Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting fuel products within a 5-mile radius—from the rail yard to the BP rack and back. There are no customer deliveries and no highway driving required.
Shift: Nights starting at 2:00 pm
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all job duties.
- Maintain high accuracy with fuel handling, record-keeping, and delivery procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support team goals, and treat all team members with respect.
- Be flexible and open to changes in work assignments and schedules.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, ensuring the safe and responsible operations of the fuel hauler truck.
- Record detailed remarks in the Samsara logbook for offloading at the barn or fuel cart, and document any time spent on company premises with mandatory remarks in the logbook.
- Assist in the training of new drivers.
Skills & Experience
- Valid CDL with hazardous material, tank vehicles and air brakes endorsements
- Current DOT medical certificate
- 2 years of CMV driving experience
- Must be able to drive in all seasons and types of weather.
- Ability to work up to 12 hours a day.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and road test
- Dependable and prompt
