Job Title: Insured Relations Specialist
Education Requirements:
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
Core Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume communications to insureds via multiple methods to gather information and maintain ongoing professional relationships
- Prepare and assemble document packages for outbound mail communication
- Receive, scan, and process returned documents; accurately input data into internal systems
- Communications with medical facilities to request, track, and manage medical records, including ordering and scanning documentation
- Input and maintain provider and medical facility information to support records requests
- Monitor and verify receipt of required documentation; establish and organize digital file structures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and demographic information in proprietary systems
- Perform online research and enter relevant data into internal databases
- Prepare regular internal and external reports that communicate accurate and clear information

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document handling

Pay: $42,500.00 - $47,500.00 per year
