- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves, ensuring accurate stock levels using inventory management systems like CMMS or POS platforms.
- Process sales transactions efficiently through cashiering and POS systems while handling cash and credit payments securely.
- Provide detailed product information, explain warranties, and offer maintenance tips to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service department and suppliers to fulfill orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory movements, and customer interactions using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, fostering positive communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments, with a strong understanding of automotive repair and service processes.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and repair techniques is highly desirable.
