Position Overview


The Front Desk Client Services Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and confidential environment for clients seeking behavioral health and clinical services. This position supports daily office operations, scheduling, and communication while ensuring a positive client experience.


Key Responsibilities



  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Check clients in/out and verify appointment details

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using EHR systems

  • Collect and update client demographic and insurance information

  • Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays or balances at the time of service

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and PHI

  • Process intake paperwork and ensure completeness of all required forms

  • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized reception area

  • Support administrative and clinical staff as needed, while supporting the organization’s core values of kindness, honesty, and respect


 Qualifications - Required



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of front desk, customer service, and medical office experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and scheduling systems)

Salary : $20 - $23
