About NorthStar Mobile Detailing
NorthStar Mobile Detailing is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Spokane, Washington.
We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up on time, follow instructions, and care about delivering quality results for customers. Previous detailing experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Travel to customer homes and workplaces using your own vehicle.
- Follow company detailing procedures and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Take before-and-after photos when required.
- Inspect completed vehicles and correct missed areas.
- Keep detailing supplies organized and use them properly.
- Communicate delays, customer concerns, and job issues promptly.
- Follow the daily schedule and complete assigned jobs to company standards.
Pay and Mileage
- $18.00-$36.00 per hour.
- Business-mileage reimbursement according to the company's written mileage policy.
- Paid training.
- Company-provided detailing chemicals and supplies for assigned jobs.
Mileage reimbursement will be handled under the company's documented policy and applicable requirements. Employees are responsible for having reliable transportation suitable for the position.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle for traveling to assigned jobs.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to use a smartphone for job updates and photos.
- Professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and accept feedback.
Previous auto detailing or car wash experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
