- 7 × 24-hour shifts per month
- $227,000 base salary
- $10,000 OB stipend
- $10,000 Lead stipend
- $13,000 acuity stipend
- $6,000 quality incentive
- 3 weeks of emergency PTO
- Total compensation opportunity of $266,000
