NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations at Baptist Health Louisville. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a collaborative anesthesia team while maintaining clinical practice in a diverse hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the CRNA team.

Coordinate staffing and daily anesthesia operations.

Promote quality patient care, clinical excellence, and provider engagement.

Partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges.

Collaborate with clinical recruiting on candidate interviews, site visits, and provider onboarding.
Case Mix: General, OB, and 24-hour OR coverage, with opportunities to practice across a diverse surgical environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

$240,000 base salary

$6,000 incentive

$20,000 annual Chief CRNA stipend

8 weeks of PTO
