NorthSound Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Stanwood, WA. We’re a patient-centered team that values collaboration, consistency, and creating an environment where therapists can build long-term, fulfilling careers.

NorthSound Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient practice with 7 clinics across North Seattle, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Smokey Point, Stanwood, and Oak Harbor.

Details:
- Position: Full-time
- Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (built in 3-day weekend)
- Patient Care: 45-minute appointments with 1‑on‑1 patient care
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and work/sport injury related patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Qualified candidates have a degree from an accredited US physical therapist program.
- Must be licensed in Washington, or a Compact state.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred.
- Master's and/or doctorate is preferred.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
