We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing practice. Position Details

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

Compensation

• $26.00-$37.00/hour
• Pay based on experience and qualifications
• Sign-on bonus available
• Matching 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients regain mobility, strength, function, and confidence.
• Progress therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities as directed.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, fellow PTAs, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Washington State PTA license (or eligible)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for providing outstanding patient-centered care
