What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate / Cashier position at Northside Market and Liquors?
The ideal candidate should have some experience working in a gasoline/convenience store type setting. We will train the right candidate. Our Bedford, MA location sells motor fuel, propane, liquor, beer, wine, lottery and a full line of convenience store items. The associate would process transactions on the electronic point of sale system, perform cleaning, restocking and refilling LP tanks as needed. Must have good references and be dependable. TIPS certification a plus. Employer will pay for the new hires online TIPS certification course that must be completed within three weeks of hire.
Our typical shift runs for approximately 6- 8 hrs. If the applicant wishes any additional shifts to make this a full-time position this can be arranged. This position will be either a full time or a part time position depending on the applicants availability.
Looking for mature candidates. High School and College students will not be hired for this opening.
