We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment/delivery according to company standards.Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the manager.Ensure that warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move heavy items (75 ) safely.Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Company DescriptionFounded in 1985, Northside Imports is the leading independent importer and distributor of European auto parts in the country.
