Automotive Branch Manager – Northside ImportsAs an Automotive Branch Manager at Northside Imports, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of auto parts. You will lead a team of warehouse and sales staff, ensuring that operations run smoothly and comply with all safety and regulatory standards. Your role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing operations to support company goals.What You Will Contribute:Supervise, train, and develop warehouse, sales, and accounts receivable staff.Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution of auto parts.Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer needs.Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations and reporting.Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Oversee warehouse maintenance, cleanliness, and space utilization.Prepare reports on key performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery times.Use data and analysis to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager (automotive parts industry preferred).Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution management.Strong knowledge of inventory control and order fulfillment processes.Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Supportive, team-oriented workplace culture.Company DescriptionFounded in 1985, Northside Imports is the leading independent importer and distributor of European auto parts in the country.
