SUMMARY
Provides assistance and support to the Office Manager and Title Clerks by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Picks up and drops off work at Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Runs vehicles through emissions and state inspections as directed by the title clerk.
- Picks up/delivers vehicle payoff checks.
- Picks up/delivers title work.
- Delivers paperwork to lending institutions and picks up proceeds accordingly.
- Takes deposits to banks and runs company errands as directed by office personnel.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- No prior experience or training.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Valid Driver's License
