This role is ideal for an experienced Business Development / Inside Sales professional who understands that success in this seat is about quality conversations and consistency, not pressure or gimmicks.
You’re someone who:

- Takes ownership of follow-up and outcomes Treats the CRM as a tool, not a suggestion
You’re self-directed, accountable, and comfortable being measured on results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll serve as the first real point of contact for many of our customers and play a direct role in driving showroom traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries across all channels in a timely, professional manner.
- Make outbound follow-up calls and messages on unsold and older leads.
- Qualify interest, confirm intent, and schedule well-prepared appointments.
- Clearly communicate next steps and set accurate expectations.
- Maintain detailed, accurate CRM notes and dispositions.
- Coordinate smoothly with the Sales Team to ensure strong handoffs. Meet or exceed measurable performance standards including:

- Appointment volume Show rates
You’ll also participate in team huddles, coaching sessions, and contribute ideas to improve messaging and process.

Preferred Experience & Skills
- 2 years in automotive BDC, inside sales, or customer engagement roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to schedule and confirm quality appointments
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing follow-up
- Organized, dependable, and coachable Reliable commute to Greer, SC or plans to relocate
