Northside Auto in Watertown, WI is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team full time! Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact for all service and repair needs
- Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and communicate them clearly to technicians
- Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices for automotive services
- Provide service recommendations and upsell maintenance packages when appropriate
- Keep customers informed on repair status, timelines, and costs throughout the process
- Coordinate workflow between the front desk and the service bay to ensure efficiency
- Handle customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction upon vehicle delivery
- Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance services
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced shop environment
- Proficiency with shop management software or ability to learn quickly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
